JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to deposit the outstanding dues amount of Rs. 1,82,578.39 on or before 19.10.2018.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to deposit the aforesaid amount on or before 19th October, 2018, till which date the electricity line of the petitioners shall not be disconnected. However, if the petitioners fail to deposit the aforesaid amount on or before 19th October, 2018, the electricity line of the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.20429 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2 /2 shall be disconnected forthwith.
