Mr. Nand Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 338, 304(A), 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

A car which was being driven by the petitioner met with an accident and a person died in the aforesaid accident. The petitioner was found unconscious on the driving seat. 74.5 litres of liquor was also recovered from the vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid background facts of this case and the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 07.10.2019 and his clean antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019.
