2. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 19.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66664 of 2025.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that all the petitioners were involved in the treatment of the mother of Suresh Sahani, Bhunesh Sahani, Nathuni Sahani and Brij Sahani.

4. In view of the averments made in the petition, three weeks further time from today is granted to the above named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84795 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 petitioners to surrender before the court below and to furnish their bail bonds in pursuance of the order dated 19.09.2025 on the same terms and conditions.

5. With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
