This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj PS Case No. 80 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Having regard to the specific allegation of fire against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, the court below is directed to conclude the trial of the case at the earliest, preferably within a period of nine months from today. In case the trial is not concluded within the period specified hereinabove and the delay is not attributed to the petitioner, the petitioner will be entitled to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70581 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 after completion of the period of nine months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial court in connection with Murliganj PS Case No. 80 of 2018.
