Case No. 178/2018 dated 28.11.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 435, 385, 386, 120B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application reserving liberty to renew the prayer by way of filing a fresh application after nine months. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
