2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, motorcycle of the informant bearing registration No. BR-50C-7346 which was stolen in Raghopur market was found in the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that though petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but stolen motorcycle of the informant has been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87091 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 the house of petitioner and he has got one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
