The petitioner seeks bail in Jadia P.S. Case No.13 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 452, 380, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that Sanjay yadav, Vinod Yadav, Arvind Yadav having armed with iron rod, axe, dab and farsa assaulted the informant. Vijay Kumar, Pawan Yadav(the petitioner), Lal Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Raghubir Yadav, Arvind Yadav having armed with different weapons came there and assaulted his nephew, Pankaj Kumar Bhaskar, Raj Kishore Sah and Janardan Sah.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner.

Other injured persons also got injuries on different parts of their body but most of them are simple in nature. It is submitted that petitioner is in jail since 05.09.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that there is a case and counter case and petitioner has remained in jail for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.
