Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioners not the petitioners were put on T.I.Parade during investigation. Petitioners are in custody since 18.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)

No.79024 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajgir Police Station Case No.163 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
