Hat (Sahayak) P.S.Case No. 177 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that while the informant was going to IDBI Bank for depositing Rs.1,92,000/- by motorcycle, some miscreants came on motorcycle and intercepted the informant and snatched the bag containing cash and other documents and fled away. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Yadav and except that there is nothing against him, no recovery has been made from his possession and he is in custody since 4.7.2018. Heard learned APP also.

Hat (Sahayak) P.S.Case No. 177 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
