This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for returning the amount of Rs. 10,73,250/- which has been illegally deducted by the Respondents on the ground of misappropriation of Government fund in fixing solar light in gram Panchayat, Atimi for financial year 2007-10.

3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the Certificate Officer, Buxar is directed to dispose of the objection of the petitioner pending before him within two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

4. At the time of disposing of the objection of the petitioner, the Certificate Officer, Buxar will hear the petitioner and only after hearing the petitioner, he will pass an order within the aforesaid time limit.
