2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Cyber P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 61(2), 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 66 and 66(d) of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner is involved in cyber fraud. He is a mule and in his account Rs. 5 lakhs was transferred. The petitioner is in jail since 05.09.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88976 of 2024(4) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
