2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of killing the deceased. The initial allegation in the F.I.R. is of assaulting the victim who was subsequently found dead in the morning with a ligature mark.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except for suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner to connect the petitioner with the crime and the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the facts of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) or C.J.M., Jhanjharpur/concerned Court below in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
