From the house of the petitioner, as has been alleged, 710 bottles of Casinos Pride foreign liquor (each containing 180 ml.) have been seized, whereupon the petitioner is under custody since 19.9.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner, Vijay Sharma, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Special Case No. 8419/2019 arising out of Maner P.S.Case No. 468/2019.
