2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "i. To direct the Respondent Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sitamarhi Sadar to pass necessary order in respect to removal of encroachment made by the Private respondent thereupon to get the possession of the Petitioner restored over the land in question.

ii. To issue necessary direction to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sitamarhi Sadar to exercise the jurisdiction conferred under the law relating to restoration of possession in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19456 of 2024(2) dt.09-01-2025 2/2 respect of Raiyati land.

iii. Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 04.07.2024 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sitamarhi Sadar whereby and where under the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sitamarhi Sadar has not exercised his jurisdiction relating to removal of encroachment and restoration of possession of Raiyati land.

iv. Issuance of any other appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned authority/ Court for redressal of her grievance in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
