1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) That an appropriate writ maybe issued commanding upon the Respondent no.5 the District Magistrate, Kaimur for removed of encroachment and maintenance and improvement of the Pokhara, Talab, Jalkar, Aahar which was settled in the name of Matsyajivi Sahyog Samiti Limited Mohaniya for the settlement year 2023-to 2026.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2824 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 (II) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the Respondent authority to take necessary steps to remove the encroachment by the anti-social elements over the area settled in the name of petitioner society.

(III) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the Respondent no.5 to direct to remove the encroachment upon the Pokhar, Jalkar, Talab, Aahar by which petitioner was in possession of 142 Jalkar, Talab, Aahar but Pokhar, Talab, Jalkar have been encroached by the anti-social element."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
