BAJANTHRI) Date : 22-08-2022 Learned counsel for the appellants-State seeks time. The present L.P.A. is presented in the year 2018 without production of impugned order dated 03.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3054 of 2009. Even after lapse of four years, the appellants-State have not furnished copy of the impugned order which is subject-matter of the L.P.A.

Accordingly, the present Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed with exemplary cost of Rs. 25,000/-. The cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks.
