2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed an election petition bearing Election Petition No. 05/2025 before the Registrar Cooperative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.1) for the same relief.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the authority concerned in the Election Petition No. 05/2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the Registrar Cooperative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.1) is directed to dispose of the election petition bearing Election Petition No. 05/2025 within a period of four months after hearing all the concerned in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
