2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 .

3 . Prosecution case is that 150 liters country made liquor were recovered from seized motorcycle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the motorcycle of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90169 of 2024(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 which petitioner is registered owner. Petitioners have got two criminal antecedents of similar nature .

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner and he has got two criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
