Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 482 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of IPC.

Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Prosecution case is that one truck has loaded with Tobacco was forcibly taken away by some miscreants. Apart from that petitioner is accused in nine other cases of similar nature.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that other accused persons, on whose confession, petitioner has been made accused, has already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. Petitioner is in custody for more than six months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.79824 of 2019(3) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
