Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) for

Patna High Court CWJC No.21413 of 2018 dt.22-11-2019 2/2 commanding and directing the respondent authorities to construct the Panchayat Raj Bhawan in the Headquarter of the Panchayat Raj, Ghostama pursuant to the decision of the respondent authorities of the Block."

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition reserving liberty to independently approach the respondent authorities by way of registered communication within a period of four weeks from today.

We are hopeful that upon receipt of the registered communication, the said authority shall positively consider and decide the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, if the need so arises.
