JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-09-2023 Let the second supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 7 be taken on the record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 7 and learned counsel for the State.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it has been finally resolved that a fresh application form shall be obtained from the petitioner and the same will be processed by

The State respondents shall also cooperate in the matter and respondent no. 7 shall ensure that the petitioner is made available the scholarship amount from the funds whatsoever will be available with him within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will fill up a fresh form, if a copy of the form is made available to him at the earliest.

5. Let respondent no. 7 make available a copy of the form to the petitioner within a period of one week from today which will be filled up and submitted by the petitioner within another one week whereafter the application shall be processed and payment would be made to the petitioner within the aforementioned period.

6. In any case, it will be the responsibility of respondent no. 7 to make available the payment of the scholarship amount within the aforesaid period.

7. In the supplementary counter affidavit filed today on behalf of the College, it is stated that the College has refunded the left over amount of Poshak scholarship vide Cheque No. 671215 dated 15.06.2015, whether this Cheque has

8. Let a copy of this order be sent to the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Chapra for the needful. 9.
