1. In C.W.J.C. No. 10358 of 2023, this Court directed Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 to consider the prayer of the petitioner, especially taking into account the affidavits filed by the widow, son and the second daughter of the deceased, expressing their no objection if the petitioner is

Patna High Court MJC No.4342 of 2024(4) dt.31-10-2025 2/3 appointed on compassionate ground to relieve them of penury which they suffer after the death of the father of the petitioner.

2. The Respondents duly considered the matter and rejected the application for compassionate appointment filed by the petitioner during the pendency of the M.J.C. No. 4342 of 2024. The Respondents have also filed a show-cause, stating, inter alia, the grounds for which the application for compassionate appointment of the petitioner was rejected on 31st of December, 2024.

3. The learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner contends that the bank authority/respondents took new grounds purposefully to reject the application filed by the petitioner.

4. However, it appears from the show-cause filed by the respondents that the representation of the petitioner was duly considered in accordance with the general law as well as the bank rules for compassionate appointment. If the petitioner is aggrieved, she is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition against the order of rejection of the petitioner's

Patna High Court MJC No.4342 of 2024(4) dt.31-10-2025 3/3 application on 31st of December, 2024. In the instant proceeding, this Court cannot pass any order, directing the respondents for allowing the representation filed by the petitioner.

5. With the above order, the instant contempt application is disposed of.
