2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 43859 of 2023 which has been dismissed for default, vide order dated 10.08.2023.

3. There is no satisfactory explanation as to why no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the application on both the occasions and there is no plausible explanation for the same in the entire restoration application.

4. Considering the fact that there is no satisfactory explanation for non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner on two occasions, the present petition (i.e. Cr.Misc. No. 84847 of 2023), which has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84847 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 43859 of 2023, is rejected.
