2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45370 of 2023 granting four weeks' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that due to some technical reason the petitioner has not furnished her bail bond because the name of the husband of the petitioner in the identity proof as Naveen Kumar Shah but in the order dated 17.10.2023 it was recorded as "Navin Kumar Baneli @ Navin Baneli".

3. Let the name of the husband of the petitioner be read as "Navin Kumar Shah" in place of "Navin Kumar Baneli @ Navin Baneli".

4. Time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 17.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 45370 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.

5. The order dated 17.10.2023 is modified to the extent above and the modification application stands disposed of.
