1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case no.484 of 2023 registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the motorcycle of the informant was found missing from the place where the informant had parked the same. It was recovered from the garage of Md. Jahangir and Md. Arman who on enquiry disclosed that they had purchased the same from the petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4449 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 possession. He is in custody since 1.11.2023 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR., no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and his being in custody since 1.11.2023, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case no. 484 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
