2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 605 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 302, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is informed by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
