The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 793 of 2019 dated 19.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the FIR that the petitioner assaulted with a lock on the head of the informant resulting in injuries to him. The occurrence took place out of a trifle. The petitioner also is said to have been injured in a grievous manner at the hands of the informant, against whom he has filed a case vide Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 794 of 2019.

considering the aforenoted facts and especially

No.80533 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 793 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
