2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, Vinod Ram and Rakesh Ram have assaulted the victim and thereafter other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the injury report is not with him but in the impugned order, it has come that one grievous injury has been caused to the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024.
