Though the present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.167 of 2022, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 22(c) of the NDPS Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, inasmuch as the earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail had stood rejected, but, at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew the prayer for grant of
