2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 195(A), 120(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, co-accused Rahul Kumar is alleged to have fired upon the informant while he was in his office with his son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Rahul Kumar and this petitioner is only alleged to have assisted him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 318 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
