2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the Circle Officer, Tetaria, East Champaran, according to which the land of the petitioner was measured on 11.04.2019 and it was found that most part of the road is running over Plot No. 477. It is to be noted that the Plot of the petitioner is 512.
4. The counter affidavit further records that the same has not been constructed by any Government agency or with any Government fund rather by the locals on their own and the Government has no role to play in it.
5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
