2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31184 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the compliance of the order granting anticipatory bail could not be made within the stipulated time as the petitioner fell ill with typhoid at the relevant time.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81709 of 2019(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 terms of the order dated 06.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31184 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
