2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case punishable for offence under Sections 379, 411 & 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 26.12.2023 at about 5 PM, the motorcycle of the informant was stolen near the Micro Finance Bank, Forbesganj.

4. During investigation, it has come that two stolen motorcycles have been recovered from the matrimonial house of this petitioner.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
