2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be variously related to the husband of the informant. It is submitted that accusations are general and omnibus in nature against the accused persons and no specific accusation has been made against the present petitioners. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 appears upon notice and points out from the first information report that as a matter of fact, the allegation of assault on 06.02.2018 has specifically been

Specific allegation has been made to the effect that on 08.02.2018 the husband, mother-in-law and Nanad of the informant have kicked her in the stomach by reason of which caused her abortion. Yet again specific accusation has been made against the mother-in-law and Nanad (petitioner nos. 2 and 3) with regard to assault on 25.02.2018 attempting to strangulate her.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
