JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. alongwith learned counsel for the informant. On account marital discord the informant, wife drew up the instant prosecution against her husband, sister-in-law, father-in-law and cousin father-in-law. The petitioner is the cousin father-in-law and so far the allegation against him is concerned, it has been incorporated at the fag end of the written report that she was not allowed to stay at Chatia by him whereupon, she returned.

Learned counsel for the informant did not put stress against him.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within three weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80757 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, Pramod Kumar Sharma, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 84/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
