2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
for issuance of Writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 17.5.2018 passed in B.L.T. Case no.
890/2014 by the member Administrative of
Patna High Court CWJC No.21472 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 the Bihar Land Tribunal by which he has set aside the order dated 16.6.2014 passed by the Sub divisional Officer Araria in Appeal no. 2/ 2014-15 and holding that the order dated 14.8.2013 passed by Circle officer in case no. 1/2012-13 is lawful and further for issuance in the writ of mandamus and or any appropriate writ order/orders and direction, to the respondent not to disturb the possession of the petitioners.
3. Mr. Binod Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner in the presence of learned State Counsel prays for withdrawal of the petition.
