2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act as amended up-to-date.

3. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86104 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 the basis of materials available on record, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
