The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 387, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, all bailable sections but the Magistrate differing with the same took cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 387, 379, 504, 506

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
