The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.359 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The accusation is of recovery of 40 liters country made liquor near the toilet, situated behind the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77385 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.359 of 2019.
