This application has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief/s:

"For initiating of Contempt Proceeding against Contemnors/Opposite Parties, who had willfully and deliberately not complying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed on 19.12.2017 by Hon'ble Justice Ajay Kumar

Patna High Court MJC No.4174 of 2018(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 Tripathi and Hon'ble Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, in L.P.A. No.2054/2016 whereby and whereunder this Hon'ble Court was pleased to disposed off the L.P.A. with direction to the District Provident Fund Officer, Madhubani as well as the Block Education Officer, Andhradhari, Madhubani to ensure that payment of the amount so talked about in the letter of the District Provident Fund Officer accrues to the appellant without further delay, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order." In view of the developments during the pendency of the present application, it cannot be said that the respondents have not taken any action, much less that their act is contumacious in any manner.

The application is disposed of.
