In this proceeding, the State has brought the decision dated 14.09.2018, whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioners has been rejected by assigning the reasons. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in an identical matter viz. C.W.J.C. No.49 of 2017 (Manoj Kumar Singh vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.), same relief was granted to the petitioner of that case vide judgment dated 04.09.2017 and the said judgment was approved by the Division Bench vide
Patna High Court MJC No.4177 of 2018(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 order dated 12.07.2019 in L.P.A. No.284 of 2018. However, in this contempt proceeding, this Court cannot declare the decision of the respondent authority to be bad. However, the petitioners, if so like, may take legal action in accordance with law.
