2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59784 of 2019 seeking extension of time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioner before the learned Court below in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the only son of his parents was engaged in preparation of marriage of his sister to be solemnized on 01.12.2019 and could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time in terms of the order dated 23.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59784 of 2019.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time granted to the petitioner for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84177 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
