The petitioners seek bail in Kinjar P.S. Case No.95 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant on the basis of information raided the house of the petitioners. From the house of Rameshwar Yadav, petitioner no.1, 98 litres of Indian made foreign liquor and from the house of Chandradev Yadav, petitioner no.2, 49 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 06.11.2019.

Considering the facts that the petitioners are own brothers and from the rooms of both the petitioners, Indian made foreign liquor was recovered but the petitioners remained in jail
