The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 28 of 2011 (Special Case No. 26 of 2011), registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that charge-sheet has already been submitted on 31.07.2019 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78736 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31396 of 2011 and Cr. Misc. No. 31642 of 2011 vide order dated 21.09.2011. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna in connection with Vigilance P.S.
