The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. " (I) For issuance of an appropriate writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.24392 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent-Bank to pay the pension of the petitioner with effect from 01.04.2007 in revised rate as fixed by the Respondent No. 2 vide Memo No.

Pen-517 dated 03.07.2018 pursuant to the Finance Department Resolution No.

820 dated 23.09.2009.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent-Bank to pay the differences of pension with effect from 01.04.2007 and onwards with statutory as well as penal interest as also the litigation cost for unnecessary harassment of the petitioner in her fag end of life."

On behalf of the respondents, it has been submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents. The said submission made by learned counsel for the respondents has not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ application.
