The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 43.500 liters country made foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in judicial custody since 06.11.2019. He further submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions

No.77777 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No.135 of 2019, subject to condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) in the civil court, Vaishali at Hajipur/Nazarath, such deposit of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) shall abide by the out-come of the present criminal case.
