2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 68/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 80, 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased along with his father.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel next submits that petitioner had a love marriage with the deceased who is the own sister of the

It is next submitted that the the family members of the deceased have participated in the crime and thereafter the present case has been filed. Learned counsel further submits that a girl of three years has been born out of their wedlock. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. Learned counsel lastly submits that from the report, it appears that the trial has not taken and it is pending for supply of police paper.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and delay in trial, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Pupri at Sitamarhi /concerned Court below in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 68/2025.
