2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing his wife. The son of the petitioner is the informant.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
