The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwan P.S. case No. 168/2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The recovery was made from lonely place but the informant alleged that he came to know that petitioner and others including Sonu Choubey had kept the liquor for sale. It is submitted that Sonu Choubey has already been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner also filed petition for anticipatory bail but during the pendency of anticipatory bail petition he was apprehended and his petition was withdrawn. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail
