2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaitpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased was killed by unknown persons. While being taken to hospital, he has disclosed the name of this petitioner and co-accused as the criminals who had shot at the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
